We aspire to be an inclusive & affirming community of faith full of people of different ages, perspectives, and stories, who come together to connect with God, each other, and ourselves, and through the way and teachings of Jesus, experience a new way of being human and alive in the world - a way of truth, joy, belonging, peace, and love, a way that transforms us so we can help transform the world into one where everyone has enough and everyone has a place.

We gather to explore and grow in the faith and spirituality of Jesus. We understand Jesus shows us a new way of being human and alive in this world, and we gather to become more like the kinds of people he invites us to be: people of love and peace who have joined in on what God is doing in the world.
community:
We are an inclusive and affirming Christian community that celebrates and honours diversity. We strive to be people of belonging, where people are loved for who they are, where friendships are forged, and where everyone is made to feel at home.
hospitality:
We understand hospitality isn’t just coffee and saying ‘welcome!,' but the work of making people feel at home. It is an outward posture of creating space for people to belong and connect with God, others, and themselves.
compassion:
We aspire to be a people and place that recognize and respond to the spiritual, emotional, and communal needs of ourselves and one another, and where space is made to learn how to navigate life well, at all its stages.
justice:
We believe we are called to make a creative difference in the world, doing what we can to not only learn about justice issues, but actively do our part to make this world more like the one God created it to be.

We choose to be a community of compassion and inclusion.
We affirm God’s unconditional love and acceptance of all people by welcoming individuals of any ethnic/cultural diversity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic or marital status, gender identity and expression, mental health, or physical ability to all aspects of our life together.
We seek to create supportive spaces and programs that are inviting and nurturing for all.
We understand that attending church can be challenging and intimidating. By embracing everyone with open hearts and open minds, we hope to bring comfort and acceptance to those with doubts or questions, those who are new to this church, and those who are exploring what faith and spirituality means.
Relying on God’s love and grace for guidance, we open our doors to all to celebrate our diversity and join our spiritual journey.

We’re proud members of the denomination, the United Church of Canada. The UCC’s traditions, ethos, and values of Deep Spirituality, Bold Discipleship, and Daring Justice resonate deeply with us and continue to shape who we are and what we do.
The UCC is one of the largest denominations in Canada. While we have official beliefs and values and shared traditions, we are a very diverse denomination. That diversity is important to us as it speaks to the belief that there is room for all kinds of people, practices, and beliefs in God’s world.
